What this site is made of, and where the information on it comes from.
The words
All of them are Blue Vlei's own. The service, area and advice copy was written for this business, and the current layout follows the rebuild brief of 16 October 2026. No paragraph on this site is lifted from another company's page or from a third party's article.
Photographs
This site ships none. The version before this one carried four openly licensed pictures. Three of them were licensed on terms that require a public credit, and a credit line is not something this site publishes, so all four were retired rather than credited. What is on the page now is type, hairlines and the site's own two colours.
Typefaces
Two, both self-hosted as woff2 files through Fontsource: Lora for headings (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Nunito Sans for body text (SIL Open Font License 1.1). No font is fetched from a third-party server. The wordmark is shipped as vector paths set from Lora, so it paints before any font has loaded.
Icons and code
Interface icons come from Lucide, under the ISC licence. The form, its fields and its buttons come from the company's own shared component kit. Both are the work of others and are recorded here for that reason.
Scripts
Two third-party scripts are requested. Google's publisher script draws the Preferred Sources button and loads on every page. The analytics tag loads only after a visitor accepts analytics. There is no advertising script, no social embed, no chat widget and no tracking pixel on this site.
